Tegan and Sara were in Brisbane last night, supported by Melbourne synth-popsters Clubfeet. I took some photos for The AU Review.

Hungry Kids of Hungary
It’s been a couple of years or so, but I think this was the 8th time I’ve photographed Hungry Kids of Hungary. Their new album, You’re a Shadow, is one of the few albums I’ve bought this year, and it’s a pretty great Indie Pop record. You should buy it.

ImproMafia – Tales From The Wireless
This weekend I was asked to come along and shoot Brisbane improv comedy group ImproMafia’s Tales From The Wireless, an unscripted trip back in time to the days of radio serials, complete with live music accompaniment and foley artists. It was lots of fun!
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis
I’ve really cut back on the live music work recently, but Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, my second show of 2013, has me excited to shoot more again.
Unusually for an international act, I shot the whole show in a very hot and sweaty photo pit in Brisbane’s Arena. This was the most fun I’ve had at a gig, either shooting or as a punter for a long time.
