With living space so tight in Tokyo, parks are the place to go from anything from club meetings, rehearsals or performances. Yoyogi Park on a Sunday is a classic example, with the famous ‘Lebels’ rockabilly troupe, drum circles and solo violinists. None of these performers were busking, just practicing and having fun.
