Thanks so much, Heath! It was great fun.

As I told you, I love having my picture taken, but I always get a horrible feeling when I see the end results – not because of the skills of the photographer (you do lovely work!) but by my own appearance. I guess I look different in my head.

Also, next time I’ll do my hair and make-up better. I applied that blue eyeliner a bit too quickly!!

Thanks again, love the shots, can recommend Heath to anyone looking for a snapper.

Hi Brendan. Yes! One of my strongest memories from that show is how unsurprised I was to hear that they’d called it quits soon after. And I remembered the Chris Cornell thing as “I don’t know where the fuck we are”, but I think you may be right.

Heath, do you recall Soundgarden being pretty much over it all at that Newcastle show? I remember a really underwhelming acoustic Fell On Black Days, and a really pissed off sounding Chris Cornell yelling ‘We’re in the middle of fucking NOWHERE!’ – to which the Newie crowd actually cheered.

Does that ring a bell at all? I wasn’t surprised after that gig when they broke it off soon after.

I spent 3 months out at Kinchega Nat’l Park about 10 years ago! Fun to have your pics bring back memories. It’s an amazing place. I hope you caught one of the spectacular sunsets while you were there.
