Australia was beaten 1-0 by Italy thanks to a dubious penalty in the last few seconds of added time overnight, and even the native melaleucas and casuarinas were shedding a tear this morning.

beautiful droplet captures here buddy!! I especially like the reflections in the top left droplet. Nicely done! daniel @ 2006-06-27 09:10:03
Nice captures. Little worlds in tiny drops of water. Bill @ 2006-06-27 11:28:00
Beautiful captures!! Crystal clean and bright! Dave Mac @ 2006-06-27 13:18:39
Nice set of studies here and, yes, those droplets are like little worlds of their own. Good arrangement of the shots, too. AG @ 2006-06-27 15:39:43

tears, amazing.Great kollage, i really like this one. and i tell you why, its because iv tryed 1000 times to take shots like this just after rain but never good one, so im really glad when other people do things i cant do. i need more practice. sorry for soccer result. Australia was one of my favorites. they where so impressive this wm. man they was one of best teams this year, great teamwork and great play tactics. but it was nor enough. take care my friend :) Bruno @ 2006-06-27 16:06:41
Such an appropriate collage for all us Aussies! And so very beautiful, I especially like the red one in the top left corner contrasting so strongly with all the other greens. fotojo @ 2006-06-27 17:21:57
Heh - bloody soccer - we was robbed! Nah, we extended our usual performance but didn't match the serious nations - no big surprise in that.
These shots are the real winner tho - You've got a little magic snowdome inverted in every droplet! Gary @ 2006-06-27 21:51:51
lol. Every man and his dog in australia was heartbroken. very dubious decision indeed. Tuan @ 2006-06-27 22:14:14
Absolutely stunning shots!!! Michael @ 2006-06-27 23:13:36
I dont know what the refree was thinking, or maybe he was watching some other match !! Very poor decision and certainly harsh giving a penatly at that momemnt of time .. i guess FIFA should implement some techy stuff to avoid such blunders. Great shot mate, love the reflections and dof! Ashish Sidapara @ 2006-06-28 03:11:30
