On Saturday afternoon, I was leaving to pick Kylie up from the train station and noticed a small green snake on our letterbox - all head up and tongue flicking. Unfortunately, by the time I got Kylie home and got inside to grab the camera, the snake had disappeared. So, you'll have to put up with this self-portrait (another entry in my long quest to cover all photoblog cliches). This is a slightly more cropped (and colour) version of the shot I posted on weeklyshot following some constructive comments from Jarrett of Gorin Images.

• I really like this, I will have to look on WeeklyShot and see which I prefer, but I love the totally black side of your face. And, I only think it's cliche if you make it that, and I really dont think this is :)

• Wow! This came out great. I hadn't even considered what this might be like in COLOR and it's awesome. IMHO that really adds even more to the intensity and the impact. Nice work.
