Riverside Run

Was a little unsure about posting this one - wondering does it fall into the 'cool street shot' or 'creepy voyeur' category? Kylie says the latter, so if others agree, I'll take it down. Anyway, it's someone out for an afternoon run along the riverside boardwalk out the front of the cultural centre of Brisbane. Added the soft focus effect I've been somewhat obsessed with lately.

• I don't find this creepy or voyeuristic because it is shot as anyone on the street would see her. Not from above, underneath, from behind a tree etc. :o) A good well composed shot Heath.

• I don't think I would take it down because it's an interesting shot to be discussed. That being said, I think it's more of a peeping-tom shot. I would have liked to have seen from the front, where yoy can see face, expression etc. This has an interesting look -- but it does have a more voyer look.

• It's a nice shot Heath. I do wonder though what is ok to photograph and what isn't with respect to privacy issues? Shot with people in are always interesting but it's tough these days to know what's acceptable from a privacy perspective.
