On Sunday morning, I explored Brick Lane in London's East End - home to many of London's Bengali community, filming location of numerous music videos and site of the famous Sunday markets. People in the office were surprised that I chose to go here rather than the usual tourist haunts. It was more a case of "as well as" than "instead of" and I'm glad that I did.
